Half the mask features latex anatomical muscles and skeletal structure, and the other half features ashy grey skin and dark brown hair. Both eyes are yellowed and bloodshot with blue irises, while the mouth opens in a gruesome screaming expression with teeth visible. Covers the neck and a portion of the chest. Mask includes eye, ear, nose, and mouth slits.
